Start in Sunset Beach at 8:30 AM under the "Water Tower" beach rental and ride to the HB Pier on the bike path. Round trip about 13 miles. Breakfast/Coffee at the HB Pier before returning to Sunset Beach if everyone is interested. The pace we keep is mid-range Hybrid bike / Cross training speed. Not as fast as a road bike pace and not as slow as a beach cruiser pace. Come out and get some exercise!
