Camp Cove riders leave from Deerfield Beach (The Cove/Hillsborough, 1 block west of A1A, 1754 SE 3rd Ct) heading either north or south on A1A. Weekly rides are usually 50 miles and consist of 15-20 regulars with speeds of 19-23 mph with flexibility of faster and slower pace lines and distance depending on training schedule and collective group skill. Camp Latte is an old-time favorite of many zMotion members with a social vibe and strong training regimen. The team leaves from Starbucks (Starbucks at Shoppes at Boca Center; 5250 Towne Center Circle in Boca Raton) and starts by going North to Spanish River, then East to A1A, North to Lake Worth, and then returns. The ride is just over 40 miles round trip. The speed is usually an even pace line of 18-22 mph and the team sports about a dozen regulars each week.
